Transition Coaching

You are standing at a threshold.

Every season of change begins with a question. Let's ask it together.

Is this you?

Coaching for people standing at a threshold,
wondering what comes next.

Life reinvention

You've outgrown a version of yourself. After loss, a relationship shift, or a quiet realization that the life you built no longer fits.

Impossible decisions

Multiple paths, no clear answer. You need a thinking partner, not more opinions from people who aren't standing where you are.

The slow unraveling

You're functioning, but something essential is draining away. The gap between how you live and what matters most keeps widening.

Career Crossroads

Leaving work that no longer fits, navigating burnout, or re-thinking what work looks like in the next chapter.

The possibility

Just imagine.

Resilience that isn't rigid

The ability to meet uncertainty without armoring up. Flexible, grounded, and present even when the ground shifts.

Clarity where there was fog

Knowing what season you're in and what it's asking of you. Trusting your inner compass instead of second-guessing every turn.

A life that feels like yours

Working and living in ways that honor who you're becoming, not who you were expected to be.

Freedom from inherited scripts

Releasing the expectations, beliefs, and definitions of success that were never yours to begin with.

Tell me,
what is it you plan to do with
your one wild and precious life?

Your Guide

I'm Kim-Elisha

I know what it feels like to stand at a threshold, unsure of what comes next. I spent years building a life on other people's definitions of success—achieving, performing, burning out, and calling it dedication.

The question that haunted me was Mary Oliver's: "What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"

I made hard choices. I left work that depleted me. I let go of the external markers to find what actually mattered. Today, I help others do the same—not because the path is easy, but because it's the only one worth walking.

How it works

The Coaching Journey

Every person's season looks different. We'll work together to tend to both the practical (what actions to take) and the soulful (who you're becoming in the process).

Coaching Sessions

Bi-weekly 50- or 90-minute sessions form the foundation of our work together—creating space for reflection and meaningful growth.

Guided Practices

Tailored reflection and exercises between sessions. Growth happens in our every day thoughts and decisions, not just the big conversations.

Accountability

Gentle, consistent check-ins. Real change is built in small, repeated steps, not dramatic leaps.

Support

Text or email between sessions for those pivotal moments that can't wait.

You're next season is
already beginning.

It takes courage to stand at a threshold and ask for support.
I'd be honored to walk with you through this season and into the next.
