Find your way home.
You were never lost. You are Here. It's where we begin.

what is seasonal living
Life moves in seasons- not straight lines.
You've been taught that stopping is falling behind. That the ache you're carrying is a problem to solve. That if you were stronger, you'd be further along by now.
You aren't behind. You're in a season.
Life moves in seasons -- not straight lines. Living in Season is the practice of honoring where you actually are, instead of fighting it. Practical wisdom and soulful guidance for the passages that change everything.
Why it matters
Transitions aren't just about survival. They're invitations to live differently.
I'm Kim-Elisha Proctor, and I created Living in Season from the inside of my own hard seasons: burnout, health problems, divorce, job hunting, and staying comfortable for too long.
What I learned is that transitions don't ask you to push through. They ask you to pay attention. To prepare your heart the way you'd prepare your home for winter. To trust that Here—exactly where you are—isn't wrong. It's where we begin.

The three pillars
How we practice
practical guidance
Tools for the turning.
Seasonal frameworks, transition maps, and grounded practices to help you navigate change with intention.
reflective wisdom
The season within.
Transitions aren't just logistical; they're emotional and spiritual. Journaling prompts, seasonal essays, and contemplative practices that help you listen to what this season is actually asking of you.
Community
Don't season alone.
In the in-between, when you're neither who you were nor yet who you're becoming, belonging matters. You'll find it here.
We must be willing to let go of the life we planned
so as to have the life that is waiting for us.
